This Privacy Policy applies when you visit or use the Knowledgetrack websites (e.g. https://www.knowledgetrack.co.in), websites (portals, academies, online businesses etc.) running on Knowledgetrack, mobile applications running on Knowledgetrack mobile solution, APIs and plugins. ‘Knowledgetrack’ use automated ways of collecting your data, necessary to provide the products and services offered by us.

Usage Data: Courses created, live classes created, live classes and courses enrolments, attendance, revenue from the courses and classes and data on similar areas Our primary goal in collecting your Personal Data and other personal information is to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience. This allows us to provide courses, study material, tutorials that most likely meet your needs and to customize our Website to make your experience safer and easier. We also use your Personal Identifiable Information together with other Personally Non-Identifiable Information to help us better understand our users and to improve the content and functionality of our Website. The information we learn from you helps us personalize and continually improve your experience at our Website. details of your interactions with customer service , such as the date , time and reason for contacting us ,transcripts of any chat conversations, and if you call us , your phone number and call recordings; device IDs or other unique identifiers, device and software characteristics (such as type and configuration), connection information, statistics on page views , referring source ( for example, referral URLs ), IP address (which may tell us your general location), browser and standard web server log information, information collected via the use of cookies, web beacons and other technologies.

With the help of back end applications, we aim at providing better services and better interaction with teachers, depending on the beneficiary’s line of interest. We also may ask for this information at other times, such as when you enter contests or other promotions sponsored by us and/or our partners. If you use a feature that requires payment of a fee options like NEFT or Card will appear. In case of payments via credit or debit card, we will redirect you to registered payment gateways such as CCavenue and other such registered gateways. You may store and save your payment details like card numbers with the gateway. We do not have access to this data. All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information (other than the last 4 digits of your card) in our servers.

Cookies & Log Files:

SHARING AND RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Knowledgetrack Education LLP takes the privacy of its users very seriously. We never sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personal data to any third party or parties for marketing or monetary purposes.

To provide necessary services, we only share this information with third party software application services who process your personal data with strict privacy constraints. For instance, we use the services of a credit card processing company to bill our users for subscription fees. These third parties do not retain, share, or store this personal data or its part other than a purpose to provide these services and are bound by strict confidentiality agreements which limit their use of such information.

Knowledgetrack Education LLP offers a “web profile” feature which allows users to publish portions of their Knowledgetrack profile, including “name” and other personal data to the public Internet. Settings in the application allow you to publish or disable personal data the way you choose.

We may provide aggregated data about the usage of our services to third-parties necessary for running the business. We will ensure that the third parties abide by the enforced privacy laws of the geography (such as the GDPR in the European Economic area).

Communications between Users

Many emails you initiate through Knowledgetrack, will list your email address and name in the header of the message. Other communications that you initiate through the Knowledgetrack Education LLP website, like a request for the teacher, will list your name as the initiator but will not include your personal contact information. Your contact information will only be shared with another user if both of you have indicated your interest to establish contact with each other.

 

We further use your personal information to determine your general geographic location, provide localized courses and classes, provide you with customized and personalized study material, recommendations, determine your Internet service provider , and help us quickly and efficiently respond to inquiries and requests and enforcing our terms (such as determining free trial eligibility) and communicate with you concerning our service (for example by email, push notifications, text messaging ,and online messaging channels), so that we can send you details about new features and content available on the Website, special offers, promotional announcements, surveys, and to assist you with operational requests such as password reset requests.

You may also choose to retrieve your personal data from Knowledgetrack. Most of the data is present in your academy such as recorded videos and contact information. In specific cases, you may reach out to Knowledgetrack as mentioned below.

With the specifics of your need, you have to submit your request with Knowledgetrack at knowledgetrackindia@gmail.com. We will be able to serve your request in a reasonable amount of time. Please send your request using an email account that you have registered with us under your name.

Knowledgetrack discourages children (below 16 years of age in European Economic Area, below 13 years elsewhere) to submit their data without parental consent.

In case we detect personal data submission from children, we will inform (via email or phone) the user to get permission from their parents or legal guardians. If we do not receive a confirmation on the action required from their parents or legal guardians within 30 days, we will delete the user personal data.

Parents or legal guardians who believe that we may have collected personal data from their child under those ages, can submit a request at knowledgetrackindia@gmail.com to approve or remove their child’s personal data.

The seat and place of arbitration shall be Nimbahera district Chittorgarh, Rajasthan (pincode 312601) and the decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties herein.

This contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nimbahera district Chittorgarh, Rajasthan India and shall be governed by the Indian laws.
